No, simply because
(a) it's early - it's very rare for the Week 1 Heisman frontrunner to make it all the way to the end and win it, let alone for the actual winner to be recognized Week 1. Winston is the closest in recent memory and he wasn't considered the frontrunner, just recognized as a good player with a lot of potential
(b) he's not a QB - Heisman these days is mostly about media hype and I don't think a Georgia RB is sufficiently high-profile to break into the discussion and stay there all year; unless UGA wins the SEC and makes playoff noise he likely falls out of the discussion since for RBs especially, it only takes one bad game
