If you want to know “what happened,” read Alliva’s resume on line. It full of inflated crap, including the fact he played QB on a small college team, and organized little league playground teams. It is purely an amazingly revealing document even by the standards of resume writing.
From it one can easily see he is has meglomania tendencies. He hired O because he thinks of himself as someone who can actually be the coach behind the scenes and the understanding was Alleva would hold the reins, not 0. And last year, after his mid season meeting with 0 and Canada, he undoubtably thinks himself a genius.
The man is sick and pure poison.
