Too early to tell with Leach - he's notoriously shitty his first year or two, and those were with preseasons. Arkansas, Missouri, and Ole Miss all seem to have made hires that were really good and fit their programs, IMHO. Won't know for another year or so but so far all 3 seem like they could do solid over time at those schools.

Kiffin has to sign some dudes on defense, but you can see a path to success if he does that.

Pittman has obviously done a great job so far and seems to have a great staff.

Drinkwitz seems to have found his players to run his system after a few weeks and clearly knows how to coach.

yeah I think people have jumped the gun too quickly on Leach. He's won everywhere he's been at

We got the perfect coach for our program and situation.

Agreed, though I do think that athletes sitting in zones are going to be really, really difficult for him to beat very often unless he updates his system a little bit.

And from we know of Leach, he's not big into "updating" much.

Today it's Arkansas, in 3 years it'll be Ole Miss.

Leach is a clown show. Hated by half the fan based pretty much everywhere he has been. There is a good reason for that.

Right now it's Arkansas but in three or four years it will also be Arkansas.

Yes I’m sure fans of TT and Wazzou hated having their best seasons in years while he was there

Has TT even sniffed the top 10 since he left ??

Only fair to give each HC time to get his players on the field, not the ones who got the predecessor fired

It hinges on Leach keeping Arnett around; dude might take a HC job somewhere else at this rate. Leach obviously doesn't have the personnel to run his offense against a non-Pelini-coached defense, but Arnett's defense can keep them in games while he assembles the talent.

Yeah, Pittman seems to have the biggest and most surprising season.
