Look the question was asked who was the second best coach in the nation. Given the last 4 years, Dabo has overtaken Meyer. Clemson has been in the playoffs the last 3 years, the finals twice, and beat Ohio State 31-0 two years ago, Ohio State has been in the playoffs once in those three years. If you do not like facts, go elsewhere. Meyer may have been the second best coach years ago, but not now.
Also, the Big Ten has won 3 national titles in football since 1970. Easy to win in that league.
I can’t argue against that as I too believe it’s Dabo.
I just don’t agree with “Urban has fallen on his face” as he’s been competing each of his years for a playoff spot. Sure didn’t make it last year but he controls his own destiny this year to return to the playoffs this year
For me, Fallen on his face is going 8-4 every year.

I love how people keep name dropping Kirby "the bowl cut" Smart in this group of best coaches...
He had the Natty won, didn't make defensive adjustments, and let a true freshmen with very little playing time dust his arse in one half of football on the biggest stage in college football.
GET THE frick OUT OF HERE
RICHT 2.0
For the sake of this post, Urban currently is the second best.
Dabo will continue what Saban is doing at Alabama when he retires.

Not even close
He's swept the EAST 2 years in a row. Something CMR NEVER accomplished once during his UGA tenure.
He played for a NC in his 2nd year.Something CMR NEVER accomplished in FIFTEEN years @ UGA
Had a number 1 recruiting class in his 3rd year.CMR NEVER accomplished in FIFTEEN years.
So in 3 years he's already surpassed what CMR did
in 15 years but he's "Richt 2.0"

2014 - Won
2015 - Lost Division to MSU
2016 - Lost Division to PSU
2017 - Wom
2 of 6 does not equally every year

Dabo is on the verge of making 4 straight playoffs at Clemson with no sign of slowing down

Dabo is not a coach
He doesn’t even coach anything
He just hires good assistants to do his work and they cheat.

Well it says so on his resume

Part of being a good head coach is picking people that are outstanding in their job. One of Coach Bryant's strengths was reading people and hiring people better than he was in a particular area.

and they cheat
It is funny, any successful coach or program is always accused of cheating. The sad thing is that many of the programs that are cheating are not successful.

All of this is great, but without that natty you know as well as I do UGA fans will never be happy.

He didn't even offer Jake Fromm and 69% of the players
on this year's roster were all recruited by Kirby...so
you're a little off.
Funny how CMR couldn't sweep the East with his own players.
BUT KIRBY IS CMR 2.0!!!

Quite happy about last year...nobody expected a NC in Kirby's 2nd year although I thought we'd be good. Also,
pretty happy with this year... lost a lot,won the division and still in the hunt.
I'll hedge our future in the SEC over any of our rivals including UF,AU and UT.

Dabo hands down in 2018.... a remarkable job at Clemson... Give Jimbo 3 years at A&M though and ask again....I believe that he is awakening a sleeping giant... Time will tell...

I have never understood the ineptness of Texas (the whole state)football. For a state with all those great recruits and paying huge amounts of attention, yet only has one national title in the last 45+ years (Texas, 2005)

Awakening a sleeping giant would imply that at one time A&M was a giant in college football. Never in their history have they achieved that status.
