I will say that I can drive through Ruston and not feel like I'm going to get carjacked or kidnapped..... can't say the same for Baton Rouge.

Stay out of North BR, away from the methadone clinic off siegen, or out the Gardere Ghetto and you have virtually nothing to worry about. Show me a state capital city that doesn’t have 3-4 bad spots
