The question was which player not which coach...

Fail. Spurrier won the heisman while playing at Florida long before he coached there.

most recently Darren McFadden.

All time is a difficult question Joe Ferguson is a good one.

Arkansas is more noted for the coaches it produced: Switzer, Jimmy Johnson, Ken Hatfield, Pete Carrol, ect...

This can be any player throughout the program's history

I'd have to go Don Hutson old-time and currently I'd have to go with Ingram, simply because of the recognition he gets from winning the Heisman.

Eh, I don't think a Tennessee alum is the face of our program. Now, go away Newb.

I think I give Namath the nod for "All Time" face of the program.

For me growing up a Tiger fan...

Tommy Casanova

Player I associate in the same era with a rival would have to be Johnny Musso. I still have the SI showing Musso leaping over Auburn for a TD. 1972, I think.
