The trip to CoMo was one of my favorite road trips. People there are really cool. Area around campus is nice and the parking was on the hwy was easy to get to and out of. We ate at Truman’s after the game so we could watch several games. I really like the stadium there. No erector set looking monolith. More like an old school stadium.
What still amazes me is in 8 quarters and 1 OT only 1 TD was scored between both teams. Those defenses were stout
Sankey got taken to the cleaners. Now, instead of being a mouthpiece for the school Presidents, he reports to Disney. He is a paper tiger.

Me and my son are heading to Norman for the LSU game. That trip was on our bucket list and became a no brainer when the Sooners joined the SEC. There’s a ton of history in that stadium.

The stands may be 30% empty at kickoff. I don’t think fans will wait until 4th quarter to leave en masse even if the game is close, especially with the predicted bad weather.
Standard Time as opposed to Daylight Savings Time. I love running at night especially when it’s colder

*There is not an insignificant number of people who go to campus with ZERO intention of attending the game. They like to call themselves "tailgaters". But they are really just loiterers. And it's people of ALL races of ALL socioeconomic statuses. Unless they paid for a parking pass, them being on campus adds ZERO value to LSU other than more congestion and more of a hassle to the actual ticket holders. Eventually, the ticket holders, who do contribute financially to the event, will get tired of the hassle and stop attending.*

Tailgaters not attending the game use up free parking spaces so that people with tickets that arrive late have to park in BFE. I park in Lot 108 and it is crazy how many people are leaving campus 1.5-2 hours before kickoff to get home or to the bar to watch the game.

Both the Interim President and BOS head mentioned on several occasions they want to protect the interests of “ticket holding” patrons. I wonder if they emphasized this to separate all non ticket holders on campus as opposed to just the “trouble makers.”
I can handle to piped in music, concessions etc. if it weren’t for the amount of and length of commercial breaks. It’s out of control.

I left at the end last night and traffic was abysmal. All big time programs have sold their souls to TV. The games are too long and commercial breaks really impact the flow of the games. I sit on the east side lower and couldn’t believe how empty the west side-and ours as well- were at halftime in such a close game.
The commercial breaks are out of control. Makes the games super long. I still stay to the end but I don’t begrudge others that don’t.
A&M is solid. This was pre-ordained when you hired Elko. Anyone who had the chance to watch his Duke teams knew that. He not only preps his teams well but he is a fantastic program, culture builder.
This must really piss of the TV execs. Fox must cram in10 minute commercial breaks in Buckeye games.
I would be curious to know how credit card usage affects these numbers if at all.
He scared me before Saturday and he was even better than expected. He seems to be unflappable and shined at the biggest moments. Kid is impressive.
I don’t mind it so much except for the fact that it’s now unoriginal and no longer clever. Other than that, to each his own.
I for one still think Bama has as good a chance as any team to win the SEC. The FSU game may have been the wake up call Bama needed. I still believe DeBoer is a damn good coach. I kind of wonder about your DC but offensively as Simpson and Grubb continue to get comfortable with each other, the sky is the limit. Just my thoughts.
College Football Enquirer is good. Ross Dillinger, Andy Staples, and Godfrey have a good rapport and do more than recaps and predictions.

Ari and Andy are good until Ari goes off topic for the thousandth time.

Once playoffs go to 16 teams it will take fans time to reorient their thinking about this. Three losses will still get an SEC or Big 10 in often. It will be more of trying to get a higher seed as opposed to just trying to qualify.
