Cajun navy imo.
1. Just the sheer number of baws down there with a jon boat.
2. Light weight, versatile, and able to run in multiple types of waterways.
3. Only one I've heard of being field tested. The Cajun navy saved a lot of people last summer while law enforcement and the national guard got their shite together.
