I don't think I've ever seen any Arrive By Boaters at LSU on the Mississippi River or Alabama on whatever the hell that river is called

Tennessee wins this one hands down

Ahhhhhh...the Mississippi River's current is just a bit too swift to handle tailgating boats. Or most all non commercial boats Don't know very much about such, obviously. .But you mite wanna check out the Washington Huskies' tailgating-by-boat scene. Have enjoyed both but that whole scene is hard to beat, all aspects. And FWIW, the 30K LSU fans who made the trip totally overwhelmed the tailgating-by-boat scene.

Louisiana only has "arrive by boat" bars and bait shops. Some are the same place. Some just have harddick bait...

That’s actually a good idea Rex, the Black Warrior is big enough and close enough to campus for somebody to start a big Marina for game day purposes. It connects to the Tombigbee, which connects to the Tennessee and ultimately the Ohio north and Mobile to the south. Connects to Lake Tuscaloosa too although I think you’d have to lock through. Never done it I may be wrong though

So there’s plenty of access points if people wanted to boat in for a game.

The only thing that would bring me greater laughter…at someone else’s expense…besides witnessing the “Running of the Gumps”….

…Would be the potential hilarity of witnessing the “Boating of the Gumps”

I’m thinking?…with a new coach?…a new era…a new “culture”?

Now is the PERFECT time to begin a new “tradition” at the Capstone!!

I can’t disagree with you one bit on that point, Frac.

shite?…if this thing takes off and actually goes down?

…On Nov 30th?… you might just see me “coming-in-hot” at full power from my Minn-Kota heading downstream looking to tie off & raft up with a hard charging floating party like those baws got going on in Tuscaloosa’s jumbo-sized drainage ditch.
