Why is it that every expert in the media including y’all’s little weasel finebaum are saying OU is going to be a top 3 sec team perennially and challenge Bama, but you idiots on here think they will lose to every sec team they play? I have news for all of you. OU has ONLY lost to champion SEC teams other than the double OT UGA game, and that was with some of the worse defenses to ever step on college football fields. That problem is now gone. Buckle. the. frick. up.

This is kind of funny, I don't hold any issue at all with Kentucky, in fact until very recently they were football irrelevant. Now they are a decent team. But the above statement smacks of "I cant wait till you move into the neighborhood so my big brothers can kick your arse!!

I will admit that Oklahoma will not be an easy out. They are going to adapt rapidly and be competitive shortly after arriving in the league. They will be fun to play.

Stoops has turned Kentucky into a tough out on the gridiron. Sips will definitely lose, and OU will struggle with them. Neither team is used to the physicality and grind.

That chant only started because the SEC was getting ZERO respect until maybe 12 or 13 years ago. LSU wasn’t given much of a chance against OU and Heismen winner White in ‘04 BCS (LSU wins 21-14) …Undefeated Auburn was left out of the BCSCG so USC could embarrass OU 55-19…Florida was given almost ZERO chance against Oh St in ‘07 bcscg and drubbed them 41-14 (I believe after this game was when the SEC SEC SEC chant began)…the very next year LSU was given almost no chance against #1 Oh St and then beat them 38-24…the SEC chant was even louder. The year after that Florida was not expected to beat #1 OU and won 24-14 fairly easily.
The SEC chant started because of disrespect..not arrogance. Of course we’re arrogant now.
