Why would Jimbo leave an easy path to the playoffs for a much harder one? I think he's a pipe dream, tbh.

In house. Promote Aranda or Orgeron.

But this is LSU we're talking about. Will probably hire Cam Cameron as head coach and Peveto (shitty special teams coach) as DC.

I don't see any top tier head coach coming here unless we give them a significant raise.

Every P5 school thinks that when they're restless over a coach. Very rarely do you see coaches making moves like that. Jimbo would be nuts to trade an easy path and a much safer job for LSU.
