Because he hasn’t played a competitive down of football in 2 years while sidelined with various injuries.
He wasn’t on pace to do shite in 2020 because he couldn’t even complete 3 full games

I think he has been humbled quite a lot. We’ll see of course but I think Rattler is top four or five QB in the country next year.
