They've played for a championship more recently than UTjr has. Ouch.

Yep. Only 1 fewer appearance than Florida in that timeframe, too.

Tennessee has made five appearances in the SEC Championship Game and has won it twice.
The Vols have played in the championship game in the 1997, 1998, 2001, 2004, and 2007 seasons, with wins in 1997 and 1998.
Tennessee's SEC Championship Game Appearances:
1997: Won 30-29 against Auburn
1998: Won 24-14 against Mississippi State
2001: Lost 31-20 against LSU
2004: Lost 38-28 against Auburn
2007: Lost 21-14 against LSU
Misery may have joined in 2012 and went to the SEC Championship those 2 times, but it was during our dumpster fire decade and a half. STFU!

Great point. Since their last appearance in the SEC CG, Florida's in conference record is 12-20. During that period, Tennessee is 20-12. That takes a little bit of the sting out.

Well, since it involves Tennessee and they are Rent Free in your head, it does make sense. Look back at your most recent posts and see how many are actually in threads that have anything to do with Florida.
Actually, I looked it up for you. 10:36pm on October 4th. That is the most recent post you have in a thread that was posted that addressed Florida football. So, are you so irrelevant now that you have to jump on threads that have nothing to do with your program?

Well, Missouri certainly SHOULD TRY.....
And if they don't succeed...
They should try, try again.

Mizzou doesn't try to pass themselves off as a blueblood.

Maybe they should. They are top 50 in CFB wins overall. If you look at SEC programs with their win ranking:
3. Alabama
4. Texas
6. Oklahoma
9. Georgia
11. Tennessee
12. LSU
14. Auburn
15. aTm
20. Florida
25. Arkansas
34. Missouri
41. Ole Miss
51. Kentucky
54. South Carolina
64. Vanderbilt
76. Mississippi State
You're in the top 2/3 of the conference. Then again, that gives an advantage to teams who have played more games. Let's look at winning %. That should lift MIZZOU up significantly.
3. Alabama
6. Oklahoma
7. Texas
11. Tennessee
12. Georgia
14. LSU
21. Florida
22. Auburn
25. aTm
42. Arkansas
60. Ole Miss
65. Missouri
88. South Carolina
97. Kentucky
104. Mississippi State
106. Vanderbilt
Dang...now you're in the bottom 1/3 of the conference.
How about seasons played?
14t. Vanderbilt
25t. Missouri
25t. Kentucky
33. Texas
33t. Auburn
38t. Georgia
38t. LSU
38t. Arkansas
38t. South Carolina
46t. Alabama
46t. Oklahoma
46t. Ole Miss
56. Tennessee
81. Florida
There you go. While you may not have won as many games, or have as high a winning percentage...you've played football longer than almost everyone in the SEC. You are a blueblood in existing. Congratulations.

while in the SEC, Tenn fans have always complained about superior programs success before addressing internal issues.

Oh my, now you’re flexing a first round CFB beat down loss.
Just goes to show how far TN has fallen since 2001.

Y'all made a thread shitting on Mizzou. I just pointed out the fact they've been more relevant than y'all since joining the SEC.
