#5 beating #14 is not an upset.

Alabama, Kentucky, Iowa are all ranked teams playing lower ranked or unranked teams that will lose this weekend.

Others who should be on upset alert are Texas, Utah, Ohio State, Miami, and UGA.

Out of those, I think the ones most in danger are Texas, Miami, and possibly UGA.

Ole Miss is favored over UGA? If so, that's my pick.

i've noticed an uptick of people saying shite like this lately. a 3 point win is a "blowout," a #15 beating a #12 at home is a "huge upset," etc.

I’m interested to see what lsu looks like this weekend, I feel like there were two games lane really wanted to win this year, ole miss and bama. Lane has been unusually quiet this week. I don’t know if that means he’s dialed in and things will get ugly for bama, or he’s overthinking and putting unnecessary pressure on his team and it’ll be bad for lsu. I think it’ll be close but I could see it a blow out from either team.

Neither of those is an upset. It won't be an upset if UGA and Bama lose either.

Best chance for a true upset: USC not only beats Indiana, they maul them. It will be interesting to see what the committee does with them when that happens.

Indiana is a house of cards ripe for the fall, skating by week after week against mediocre competition and getting beat at home by Ohio State sans Julian Sayin. Their best win is either Northwestern or Minn at home or Michigan on the road. And they are 4th. Honestly, I wouldn’t have a problem if Alabama was 4, Texas was 5 and Indiana 6.
