Which tells me they feel confident about the running game
The play calling was intentionally wack to confuse the D, last saturday the 1st team O ran crazy forumations they will not run in the season to test the new kids in coverage
They threw on a second & short with two tights and the six seven kid in the slot

I expect to see one of Alabama's RBs invited to the Heisman trophy ceremony. See everyone in New York City, just before Miami. Roll Damn Tide.

Bama's not gonna rotate four backs every game so there's no point arguing. I'll say Bama's top two will produce more because Saban likes to pound the rock and UA's OL will be bad arse.
Everyone feel free to shot me if you don't like my opinion.

Before this thread turns in to another flaming shitfest, can we all agree just to hate Bench for even starting this thread?

It's what he does best.

Because you know I'm right. It's so hypocritical to hype up your unknown guys but turn around and think LSU won't be upgrading at QB.
"See the hole/hit the hole" =/= "Command the offense and make split second decisions about throws while being chased by DE's"

I'll say this. Bama's o-line vs. LSU's d-line will be epic, and will be a battle including probably six future first round draft picks.

Bama.
I'm tired of hearing about all of LSU's unspectacular backs.

Agreed, but we've seen Mett perform the latter part of your sentence.

Ware is Eddie Lacy with a little less strength.
Blue is a more experienced Yeldon
Ford is a big back (strongest player on the team) with Harts cuts and speed.
Magee is an explosive change of pace much like Ford.
Kenny Hilliard is...well you have no Kenny
Jeremy Hill...see Kenny Hilliard

This is an LSU/Bama discussion thread. Bench McElroy is asking for everyone's opinion, so I'm not seeing where you're going with this. If this thread was just for LSU and Bama fans, it's pretty obvious that Bama fans would say "Bama", and LSU fans would say "LSU".
At this point, Bama's running back situation is about as unknown as Auburn's, so I give the advantage to LSU.
LSU's total number of carries from top 4 backs: 533 (Hilliard, Blue, Ware, and Ford)
Bama's total number of carries from top 4 backs: 221 (Lacy and Fowler)
Alabama is talented, but not big on experience (even though I think the world of TJ Yeldon, he's an unknown). LSU is talented and experienced. At this point, Auburn has more experience in the backfield than Alabama with the top 4 backs, and we both know Auburn is also talented (Alabama's 221 vs Auburn's 340).
