Arkansas for sure. If their head coach wasn't terrible at his job, I might say Ole Miss or Tennessee though.

I'll be in the minority but I think Tennessee turns it around in the next 3 years, if they manage to keep from kicking a coach. JP can do it, but not in his first year with Botch's players.
