South Carolina and MSU, tie. Great experiences at both places on multiple occasions.

Alabama fans were genuinely rude, and appear to take themselves and their school's football team way to seriously.

It's not a big deal. All you can do is laugh at the person doing it because they look like fricking fools when they do. LSU is always a fun away game. UGA is the best though...

Note to self. Never go to a Florida game in Gainesville
I have been to 5 LSU games at UF, as well as a couple of games against other teams. Their fans aren't so bad. Maybe its just because I was forced to spend a lot of time in G-Ville because my wife went to grad school there and I knew some people there, but I have never had any problems.

The tailgating is weak, but I have had some good times with some students near the Union. The midtown bars are also pretty fun on game day. I actually have a bartender at Gator City who just calls me LSU, because I would be in there once a month with my LSU hat on (you gotta always represent in enemy territory) and he always takes care of me on my tab, and looks out for me if any beligerent drunks want to pick a fight due to my hat choice. 2 years ago, after we beat UF at the Swamp, me and a few other Tiger fans were the extreme minority in the Grog House, and were treated just fine.

The real problem with Gainsville is NOT the UF fans, its the Gainseville Police Department. They will write you up for public drinking and jaywalking with the quickness.

UGA is good and so is Auburn. I went to A&M back in the 90's it was'nt bad just odd and hot as frick considering the entire place is one big cement slab. Never been to USCe but I've heard it is a good trip with good fans.

UF and Ole Miss are by far the worst and everybody else is not even close.

"Tiger Bait" is the same as "Rock top". Not offensive, just annoying because you hear it over, and over, and over again.

Every school has a phrase like that, tbh. It's just how it is. If it's not your own, you think it's gay as frick and annoying

Definately this, same with calling the hogs and the bulldog bark. The Aggie gig'em shite will fall into this category with the quickness also. It's a tradition that these respective schools take pride in, it's not mean spirited it's just a hello welcome to campus for visiting fans. I love when visiting fans walk close to our tailgate area, I'll grab the tray of whatever just came off the pit or out of the pot hold it up and say "hey tiger bait you guys hungry or thirsty". It gets a positive response 9 times out of 10.

LSU fans are pretty great. I know a lot of Louisiana people anyway who take good care of me when I'm there, so I kindof have a bit of a bias. I have dealt with a lot of their shithead fans (you know, the coonasses who haven't seen a bar of soap in weeks getting in your face, cursing, spitting, being poor, etc.) but their good fans are so good that I get over it pretty quickly.

I'm always fat and happy when I'm with my LSU people. I'll put it that way.

We are cool shite. Y'all fricking suck.

The second-to-last time I was in Starkville, I had a full cup of coke thrown at my head by somebody who called me a "NORTH FACE HAVIN' PIECE OF shite" after a buddy of mine made fun of his Mossy Oak jacket.

First visit, watched a bartender intentionally skip over me and my friend(we were the only ones wearing Au colors in the bar)...not a big deal but my money is green too.

Blame your Auburn and Alabama compadres. You know why Oxford bartenders skip over Auburn and Alabama fans? Because a lot of y'all think it's funny to write "War Eagle" and "Roll Tide" on your tip lines.

About the 03 LSU-OM game, most of the people in that stadium had been drinking all day in preparation for that game. That was the biggest game in three decades for us so give us a pass

I procede to crow-hop this kid in the upper lip/nose region. Knocked his arse out. Without question the best connection Ive ever made in my life and the best part of it all, and I put this on my Maybach, is that he fell through a stall door that wasnt quite locked enough and into the lap of a gentleman trying to have a pleasant BM at an SEC game. No shite.

Pun intended, I presume.

I am late to the party with my answer, but mine are both the same. During the late 90's while I was in school, the best road trips were to Athens. I was also in Athens for the blackout game. The GA gans were the worst I have ever been around during that game. It seems that the away game experience there has gone way downhill since I was in school.

I have had a good time at Bama each time i have been there. MOst of the fans understand football.

Now Arkansas on the other hand, they are a bunch of pricks. Everytime i have been there i almost got into a fight. Some a-hole knocked my sister down in the street while we were walking back to the car after the game 2 yrs ago and ran off like a bitch. Still pisses me off. I guess i don't like them because they have penis envy over LSU and all they can do is talk shite.
