2019 LSU probably. We’ll look back in a decade and be mind blown by the top notch NFL careers of those players on that team.

2019 LSU Team was just a lot of fun. Those dudes all came together and just fricked people up. Burrow's transformation was unbelievable from 18 to 19. He just has that demeanor of an assassin, I want to take your soul kind of dude. It resonates throughout the whole team.

They were fun as hell to watch.

But you are correct, if the pro careers continue on their current trajectories that team will be looked upon very favorably as time goes on.

Incredible time to be an LSU fan, I will never forget that team.

They were fun as hell.

Sadly he died of dysentery as we crossed the Oregon Trail.

[quote]Lol if anyone thinks Cam Newton was losing to anyone in college. Rest of the team doesn't stack up but don't matter when you have the true GOAT.[/quote

By the LSU game, that whole team had hardened into "we will not lose". They just straight refused to lose.

Anyone would have been crazy to even attempt the RPO against Copeland & Curry. They sealed every deal on the outside, and the LB's that year were unreal ! Let's talk about the secondary

They'd have absolutely no answer for the RPO.

They'd be called for pass interference constantly.

Also lose 3 or 4 players immediately to targeting.

Probably 2001 Miami, but 1995 Nebraska was pretty damn awesome as well, just ask UF, lol

Thread praising LSU - Every opposing fan argues that 2019 is not the greatest team.

Thread asking who the best champion you've ever seen is - Opposing fans pick 2019 LSU.

You guys are something else.

Ol' Tommy Frazier

I recall the joke after that made its rounds after that game:

How many Gators does it take to tackle Tommie Frazier?

Answer: Unknown…but we know it’s more than 11…

The 2020 Bama Bama was fun to watch, but 2019 LSU is prolly the best team I seen play.

1995 Nebraska

This is the answer. Anyone saying otherwise isn't old enough to have seen them or is a homer for his team.

95 Nebraska.

Not.even.close.

That team was nails. They would stifle 2019 lsu. However, that lsu team by season’s end was easily top 3 imo.

Easily 95 Huskers and I hate, I mean HATE those frickers. Anyone saying otherwise is too young or a homer.

Yeah my vote goes to that Tommy Frazier lead Nebraska team.
Most physical team I've ever seen play.

That defense made Spurrier and Danny Wuerffel look silly in the NC game.

A year or so later they made Manning look silly too.
