Oklahoma. Reddest of red states, non-delusional fans. Texas is communism.

My wife is from southeastern Oklahoma and there are "paved" roads there that are rougher than most gravel roads

And can't go anywhere without paying 17 tolls.

Oklahoma is just a slightly better Texas a&m. Texas is a slightly worse A&M

Our state has improved greatly over the years. I do hope if OU gets to the SEC, that opposing fans get a chance to experience Norman and Oklahoma City. There’s way more to do than years past, plenty of great entertainment, restaurants, culture, etc. We are a constantly growing metropolitan, and OKC is now in the top 30 in most populated cities in the US.

It's a nice place.

I was recently in the area for work, from Norman to Moore to OKC, then Yukon and El Reno then back east.

Not sure but I do know Longhorn fans are without question the best fanbase in the state of Texas.

Really…”Sorry (not sorry) about 63-28 and 21-14.”

Do your parents know you’re on here? I would anticipate not. The last person I know that used “Sorry (not sorry)” was my 12 yr old and even she stopped using it. If you are an adult I hope that I didn’t upset your delicate sensibilities (prayers & forgiveness).

Texas fans are smarter, but that’s not saying much. Oklahoma fans are dumb as stumps.

Oklahoma fans are Lenny Small to Texas's George Milton.

OU fans are far better, they are generally decent except when it comes to Texas.

Texas fans are divided into 2 groups. The alumni are aloof and snobby. Honestly pretty boring and going to Texas games is just a social event and they lose interest 30 seconds after Texas starts losing. The tshirt fans are unbearable. Lots of Texas State grads who wear Burnt Orange everything and talk endless smack while being insecure little bitches.

THIS. Wouldn't change a word.

From personal experience at both. Austin is the only place I've actually witnessed beer bottles being thrown at the players and the band as they walked in front of the student section. And it was also the only place I've witnessed a fight in the stands.

I don't think you know what "substantiated" means.

You must have never been to Baton Rouge.

You are correct. But I've heard plenty of stories from people that have gone.

I don't know what keeps the rest of Texas from digging a moat around Austin and daring most of those frickers to come out.
