I nominate Rusty Domingue. He shadows the great IM Hipp of the number one ranked Nebraska, blocks a kick to secure a tie, and then to cap off the night gets drunk and stabs a guy. Solid partier street cred. LINK

Eli was a party animal when he first got to Oxford but after he got arrested he calmed down a little. Still would go out a lot though.

Arkansas defensive back in 2011 - I think he was in a frat - was arrested for a tiny amount of marijuana and some alcohol in his parked car while alone with four sorority girls
