Where would you put this Indiana team, ranking wise, in the SEC?

Indy is well coached and they do have some players...but I think the grind of 9 SEC games every year would be too much for their depth to handle.
I mean, compared to any SEC team they have a soft schedule that leaves them fresh and roster mostly intact by the time playoffs roll around. Don't underestimate how much attrition will determine who is left standing at the end, not necessarily the best team.
Don't get me wrong, they definitely had the best team last year, but I don't think this year's team will go very far once they get hit in the mouth with real competition.

We literally have a recent data point. Indiana destroyed Alabama. Acting like Alabama should be ranked ahead of Indiana right now is stupid when the most recent head-to-head wasn’t close. Saying “this year is different teams” doesn’t erase the fact that the last actual result was Indiana blowing them out.
