I am asking because it is looking like Nick Brassell will def play on both sides of the ball this year. No I am not saying he will start on both sides or even one side. But judging from Nutt's comments, Snoop is gonna be bringing that swag to both sides.

Anyone remember a freshman doing this?

When you can recruit you don't need players to play both sides

Deion Sanders at FSU?

FSU had the most talent in the country and he was starting both ways at a frosh.

I don't think that's the case in this scenario, but to think special talents aren't out there is wrong

Wow. Imagine that. 3 Hawg responses within the first 10 flaming Nutt. Shocking.

EDIT: And to the typical, arrogant, sidewalk Gumps in this thread: Your own god of a coach told snoop he could play both ways if he came to Bama. So, in short, go frick yourself.

Nothing to do with Nutt (for me anyways).

How can we get the words Swag and Swagga banned from the SEC rant. They are the most overused terms ever, and on top of that they just sound ignorant. Maybe we could start using words like confidence and elite athleticism again instead.

Lots of hate in this thread.

Didn't syniker Taylor go both ways for us some back in the late 90s? Doubt he did as a freshmen though.

Should be interesting to see how he does. Good luck to the kid.

I love when talented people put in the effort and get results.

No, he didn't. He stated that he could start out on either side of the ball. That he wouldn't have a set position from the get-go.
