This whole LSU coaching change seems to have been handled as poorly as possible. When was the last hiring that started off this badly? Mike Price?

I don't recall Bama installing a new University President and AD and having the Governor run his mouth before caughing-up almost $150 mil over the next 7 years while watching their new coach attend women's basketball games as his old team was in the midst of a playoff run.

The Penn State one this season was pretty bad , but a clear #2 in comparison

The Interim A&M situation when they fired Jimbo was personally funny to me with EJ recruiting to Syracuse while on staff at A&M, but thats pretty far down the list

What fills you with the most hope LSU guy? The fact that Kiffin averaged 7.7 wins per season at Ole Miss without Pete Golding on staff? Kiffin’s 13-24 record against ranked teams? Kiffin’s 0-5 record against Alabama? His first year win total at his previous three P4 jobs being 5 wins, 7 wins, and 8 wins? The fact LSU doesn’t currently have a scholarship QB on the roster? Seeing 5 runningbacks enter the portal? The fact that so far you have 21 players leaving and 3 players inbound, all 3 stars?
