If I remember correctly they get 90 days to respond to the NOA? If so, their response should be next week sometime.

Anybody know what the next step in the process is?

Someone falls up the stairs when Alabama is involved. Not sure how your version of the REC operates.

I hear that my mississippi state friends in high places have set the date for the OM stuff to be June 5th plus or minus 3 days. It just depends on how they feel because after all we are controlling the entire process you know Leo Lewis and tapes and stuff and SANKEY!!!

Is the general consensus 2 year post season ban and anywhere from 24-30 scholly reduction over 4-5 years?

You would be amazed at how many OM people think the self imposed 1 year bowl ban is all that will come from it.

Has State decided whether it will conduct public hearings and allow the rest of the conference to watch?
Starkville?
Or Nuremberg?

NCAA has no jurisdiction on the shite going on at Baylor. The federal government has that authority over TITLE IX though.

If I may, K-Y Jelly HD.
Grease up good before the start. After 45 minutes you will not feel a thing.
Well, not much anyway.

Ole Miss has already responded to the first NOA with self-imposed sanctions. You have to assume there will be some additional penalties coming with the second NOA. It will depend on just how bad they fricked up. I suspect it will be at least double what they self-imposed.

They have already shite their pants and are acting like it is normal.

The NCAA wound up reversing all the sanctions against Penn State, apparently feeling they didn't have that authority. I still maintain PSU should have gotten the death penalty...along with Sandusky.
