The biggest fan fight I've ever seen at a football game happened following A&M @ LSU in 1990. LSU upset top 10 A&M, and outside the stadium I watched an LSU fan yell out the "2 quarts, 4 quarts, 6 quarts, a bucket" cheer, which pretty much ensured an altercation.
So the answer is, a long time ago.

A&M fans came in swinging at LSU when they joined the conference in 2012. They thought they could run away from daddy (Texas) and own LSU and claim to be LSU’s daddy. The plan backfired so badly that they are the little stepbrother to LSU and no one really cares about but is very annoying because they constantly poke you in the side with a finger thinking they’re going to hurt you but in reality they’re just annoying cucks

No group is more obsessed with another than A&M supporters are with LSU. It's not even close. And that is saying a lot, because LSU dominates the discussion on the SEC Rant.
