If he sticks around. He doesn't have much longer to be draft eligible. He will actually have to play a football game at some point to be drafted but he has been pretty mercenary at every stop along the way.

You couldn't rule the Big 12, so you surely won't rule the SEC. Nice troll

I'm glad Texas got Arch. We got the QB I wanted in Nico and I'd rather have Arch at Texas than elsewhere. Congrats on the pickup.

Yes.
And somehow, you'll still crap the bed.

This is accurate. Manning literally has a PERFECT rating on some sites, and it's a damn joke. He's probably just inside the top 10, but he's not the best QB in this class and certainly not 'perfect'.

So this is where the aggies get their obsession with national championships - on - paper - only. Must be something in the water over there. What they still haven't learned, and UT will eventually as well, is that in the SEC you actually have to win games on the field before you can brag.

He won't play in the sec and that's by design on his end.

Don't you have to put an end to being OU's bitch year after year first?

It takes more than a good QB to win a National Championship. Ask Peyton and Eli.

Finally, some SEC love for this move. The Prince of the SEC just ensured the whole State of Texas will be a part of his grandfather's kingdom. This should be a joyous celebration.

Easier road to the top at Ole Tex. Can't blame him.

Do you realize that since 2012 MIssissippi State playing in the toughest division in college football has won more games than ut playing in the 4th or 5th rated conference.

Texas has a long road to hoe

The question is whether his commitment will stick after UGA and Bama win the vast majority of their games and Texas has another losing season.

NFL QB's kids have been the key to Texas' success. Remember all those NCs Chris Simms won?
