Ruckert suck, he should hit the portal, mess up in key moments like clockwork.
Birth control could have prevented this dumb comment.
Where are you on the field if you are so good? Ruckert is far from this teams current situation. Kick Rocks!

I have a 2014 Evinrude E-TEC 150 HP, and I have replaced the VST along with the solenoid and starter, which was shorted out. The starter and flywheel will spin/crank, but the engine will not start. Any idea what this could be? I am having trouble finding someone who will work on Evinrude.

Crazy, we have been a few times and never had an issue. As a matter of fact, each experience was good. I wouldn't be back either if I had that happen.

Gustavo's Scratch Kitchen is pretty good. It is a pizza joint. Many kids were there when we went for Christmas a few years ago. Solid ipizza as well. Grapevine's was a decent place as well. It's casual Italian dining.
While in Blue Ridge, The Black Sheep is a pretty good restaurant as well, and they make a fantastic smoked Old Fashioned paired with candied bacon. Toccoa Riverside restaurant is a neat place if you can get a table outside or in the solarium.

Cruise out of NOLA
Posted by tigerrage08 on 4/29/26 at 8:12 am
Possibly looking at doing a cruise out of NOLA in late October. Looking at Carnival, but I have concerns about the culcha that may be onboard. Which is the better ship/cruise line there? Any suggestions appreciated.

Following. I am having the same issues. I just cleaned mine with baking soda and peroxide. I'm not sure how else to battle this.
re: Do vets actually ever cure anything?

Vets live by the same mantra that Big Pharma lives by.
Why cure something that you can treat for a lifetime? There is no long-term money in cures.
There is absolutely a cure for cancer, but that will not allow the FDA and big pharma to continue to rip off those who need years of treatment that ultimately only buy people time. Think about this.

Looking for some of the must-do attractions and drives around the park. Lodging will be in the Canyon Lodge area. Any other suggestions are welcome. The trip will be in the last week of September. Any good dining options as well?

Need a recommendation for Pinot Noir
Posted by tigerrage08 on 4/1/26 at 1:20 pm
Looking to get a physician I work with a few bottles of pinot noir, and I have no idea about wine as I am not a wine drinker.
In short order, he recommended a surgeon for my wife for some reconstruction post-cancer surgery, and the surgeon he suggested came to be life-changing for my wife and me after so many complications the first go around.
I am willing to pay around $40-50 a bottle, assuming I can get good bottles at that price. Someone suggested The Prisoner as a good bottle. Any help is really appreciated.

re: Wedding in Temecula, CA. Would you fly in to LAX or San Diego?

San Diego is probably your best bet. We often use John Wayne Airport in Irvine for work; that is another option. Do not use LAX.

re: Gov. Jeff Landry calls for Louisiana to get rid of inspection stickers
Posted by tigerrage08 on 3/10/26 at 9:45 am to Major Dutch Schaefer
Good!
Inspection stickers are there to essentially make sure the car is worthy of being on the road. Alternatively, the roads in Louisiana are not worthy of vehicular traffic due to the lack if DOT inspections and lack of giving a damn about infrastructure.

re: Crawfish Prices Movin on Up

I call bullshite. Farmers come up with a reason every year for a rate increase. This is not surprising one bit. The price of crawfish hasn't been worth the cost for years, when you see how much meat a 35 lb sack yields.
Second Tier Cell phone carriers
Posted by tigerrage08 on 3/4/26 at 2:25 pm
I currently have AT&T for my cell phone service, but I’ve recently started looking into second-tier carriers that offer lower prices. The ones I’ve come across so far include Pure Talk, Patriot Mobile, Boost, and Cricket, but I know there are others I haven’t mentioned.
Has anyone switched from a major carrier to one of these alternatives? Was it worth it? I feel that the big carriers are overpriced — paying over $250 for three phone lines seems excessive.
I’m interested in real-world feedback on these carriers, including:
Pros and cons
Coverage and reliability
Customer service experience
Any hidden fees or limitations
Any insights or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Lafayette Breakfast/brunch options
Posted by tigerrage08 on 3/2/26 at 3:40 pm
We will be in Lafayette this weekend and were looking for a good breakfast/brunch option for Saturday morning. We have had Parish Biscuit before, and it was pretty good, but we are looking for other options that may be better. Thanks for any suggestions.
