Pinot Noir

Posted by tigerrage08 on 4/1/26 at 1:20 pm
Looking to get a physician I work with a few bottles of pinot noir, and I have no idea about wine as I am not a wine drinker.
In short order, he recommended a surgeon for my wife for some reconstruction post-cancer surgery, and the surgeon he suggested came to be life-changing for my wife and me after so many complications the first go around.
I am willing to pay around $40-50 a bottle, assuming I can get good bottles at that price. Someone suggested The Prisoner as a good bottle. Any help is really appreciated.
San Diego is probably your best bet. We often use John Wayne Airport in Irvine for work; that is another option. Do not use LAX.
Have a downvote for the second half of your post. Way to get it twisted.
Good!

Inspection stickers are there to essentially make sure the car is worthy of being on the road. Alternatively, the roads in Louisiana are not worthy of vehicular traffic due to the lack if DOT inspections and lack of giving a damn about infrastructure.
I call bullshite. Farmers come up with a reason every year for a rate increase. This is not surprising one bit. The price of crawfish hasn't been worth the cost for years, when you see how much meat a 35 lb sack yields.

Second Tier Cell phone carriers

Posted by tigerrage08 on 3/4/26 at 2:25 pm
I currently have AT&T for my cell phone service, but I’ve recently started looking into second-tier carriers that offer lower prices. The ones I’ve come across so far include Pure Talk, Patriot Mobile, Boost, and Cricket, but I know there are others I haven’t mentioned.

Has anyone switched from a major carrier to one of these alternatives? Was it worth it? I feel that the big carriers are overpriced — paying over $250 for three phone lines seems excessive.

I’m interested in real-world feedback on these carriers, including:

Pros and cons

Coverage and reliability

Customer service experience

Any hidden fees or limitations

Any insights or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
They should be more worried about fixing the internal issue of their priests molesting kids. Kick rocks, Vatican City!

I know someone who named their daughter Charleigh. But why that spelling? :spank:

Lafayette Breakfast/brunch options

Posted by tigerrage08 on 3/2/26 at 3:40 pm
We will be in Lafayette this weekend and were looking for a good breakfast/brunch option for Saturday morning. We have had Parish Biscuit before, and it was pretty good, but we are looking for other options that may be better. Thanks for any suggestions.

I can speak for Riviera Maya, especially Valentin. We went there in October 2025, and that was an absolutely amazing trip. Of course, we did not really want to leave the resort except for a day cruise to Isla Mujeres, which was awesome as well. We did book the cruise through Valentin.
The resort has everything you could want. There is the big pool where there are parties every day, and there is the float pool, which is very chill and pretty quiet.
The restaurants were the best I have ever experienced at any of the all-inclusives we have visited. The vibe and service were fantastic everywhere we went on the resort.
We did book the Prive' package, which we utilized daily, and it was worth it for us to spend the extra $900. That is something to look into if you choose that place.
We are looking to go back to Valentin again in 2027 if all works out.

If you have any other questions, please let me know.

dallisgrass, roudup, or a shovel.
Amy Hebert in Raceland is the first one that comes to mind for me. So heartbreaking.

quote:

Amy Hebert fatally stabbed her children and the family dog; Camille was aged 9 and Braxton was aged 7. Hebert told a psychiatrist that Camille had begged for her life.[1] The children had defensive wounds to their hands and arms;[11] Camille had about 30–35 stab wounds to the front of her torso while Braxton had about 50-55 stab wounds to his torso, with about 30 to the front and 20–25 to the back.[1] All of Camille's vital organs had been hit, and both victims had been stabbed in the heart.[11] Camille was also stabbed on her scalp about 30 times;[1] the blade did not penetrate her skull.[11] Amy Hebert also stabbed herself about 30 times, giving herself wounds in the abdomen, chest, neck, and wrists
The strap is around his neck. Where are the triggered people from the Tucks parade? Oh, wrong culture.

Yep, it has gotten ridiculous. I will try Dryel next time.

“These people are crazy”

That was awesome. The dems have no idea what to do with themselves.

Because Ole Miss was never familiar with these types of records before LK.
Your obsession is real. Focus on the Drunken Coach you settled on.
Came here just to downvote the title. For Christ sakes, we are 4 games in. CJJ will have this under control soon enough. It is an experiment at this point. Kick rocks.

I'd like to keep it under $100
