I think the only real team we have faced was Texas AM and that was over at halftime like most of our games. However, bc of that this team is hungry for a challenge and I think LSU will present one until the 3rd and then its over. Your secondary may be able to cover for the first two quarters but your Dline will not get pressure and that will allow Tua to light you up not to mention our 3 headed beast at RB that you have to account for. The difference in this game and any other in the past is that we are so balanced you can longer load the box or corner blitz since we no longer have a RB as a QB. Burrow doesn't scare anyone and he hasn't seen a defense like this one either. If Jalen Hurts can go into Tiger Stadium at night as a freshman and come out with a win what do you think the Hawaiian Prince is going to do?

48-13 and that's being generous

I don't see 48 pts total in this game.
Aside from garbage-time scores, the difference will be 14 or less.

Who's third in line if Tua goes down? If Hurts just had surgery, is he really going in? High ankle sprains are a lingering bitch.

Tua aint going down, ya'll will never get pressure and with White out for the first half it's definitely not happening.

But the Bama board said they have the toughest schedules and played the best defenses so far.

Bama looks good, no doubt. But you can't tell what they are really made of right now because they haven't played a really good team yet. Their opp w/l is a losing record. They could turn out like Miami, for all anyone knows.

(kidding Miami.) (not really.)

When Tua faces a real defense in an especially salty Tiger Stadium, he will have his worst collegiate game. Minimum 3 turnovers. Tigers 27-Tide 24 Book it!

48-13 sounds about right, actually. LSU might pick up another garbage score late to make it 48-20 at the end. But Bama is going to beat the absolute frick out of them.

Maybe.

But what if you are wrong and this LSU team does to Bama what it did to UGA. What if they get pressure on Tua?

Can Tua play a full 60 minutes? Will his knee hold up the entire time? If it doesn't, you are bringing in a backup known for running who is on a high ankle sprain coming off a procedure.

Are your WRs better than our DBs? Ole Miss thought so, Florida thought so, UGA thought so. Maybe.

What is fact is that your team has been able to coast the second half of games because they've played teams that don't match up talent-wise. To be fair to aTm, they are getting there, but Jimbo still has some work to do. Can your guys go a full 60 minutes against a team with just as much talent? What's the last hostile environment you played in? I think it was Jordan-Hare last year and that didn't work out too well for you.

I know the LSU crazies are out in full force on the board, but I also know the bammers are a little nervous and rightfully so, which is why you see all the chest puffing and absurd score predictions.

If you look at stats vs P5 teams, you haven’t faced a top 70 defense.

You’re throwing against air.

Sure you’re OLine looks good and your QB looks good when your WR are always open.

But you haven’t faced a secondary CLOSE to ours.

I gave you a generous prediction. The Bammer in me thinks we actually reach 50.

Bama has better WRs than any team you have faced including Ole Miss since they didn't have Metcalf and their Oline is trash. Tua is going to have 3-4 seconds to pass every time unless you blitz corners and safeties and then he will really light you up.

This team has been itching to play a full game and would love nothing more than to be challenged. Tua's knee will be fine. He looked better last week and now he has two full weeks to heal up. I think the real question is will your defense be able to stop the #1 scoring offense in the country?...maybe for a quarter or two but our RB and TE will work your LB on passes out of the backfield like they have all year.

Jordan Hare last year was with Jalen as our QB when it should have been Tua. Not saying Tiger Stadium won't be crazy and loud but it's not like Tua hasn't played in a high stakes game with everything on the line.

Listen I want a good game but I don't think I'll get to see one this year.

That's a reasonable, if not homered, and fair assessment. Thank you for not being like the rest of your obnoxious fellow fanbase.

If our defense can hold you to 30, we have a shot if our OL also shows up.
