We're about halfway through the recruiting cycle with less than 6 months until signing day, and Alabama sits ranked at #28?

I mean I get that Alabama is highly selective and will likely still finish in the top 10, but this doesn't seem to be going well at this point - especially compared to Georgia, Ohio State, Clemson, and LSU.

I wouldn't be so sure about that.

I think we'll be top 10 for sure, but usually how the class starts out is a pretty good indicator of how it will end up.

The years where Alabama finished #1, they were #1 pretty much throughout the entire recruiting cycle

They were like 76th this time last year.

We gonna do this again? Every summer this same dumb question is asked. Then multiple troll threads are started about it. Then come December Alabama signs a top two class.

Not really.

That’s absolutely false.

Seems like Bama had a slow start recently only to kill it at the end.

If they are keeping score, Never count Saban out

On top of this, there are rumors that we're going to lose our 5-star in-state Julio Jones clone to Auburn??

Not a lot of positive news that I'm hearing about recruiting right now

Coleman is from Phenix City, which is basically a suburb of Auburn, but you already knew that.

Good point. The $ is definitely a factor now, but it doesn't seem to be stopping the other blue chip schools from being in the top 10.

“What’s up” is Saban is done.

Alabama should fire that washed up bum immediately if you want any chance at remaining elite.

All other SEC member schools agree this is the best course of action. We are looking out for you.

Still, to lose a 5-star WR to AUBURN when we have arguably the top QB in the country in the same class would be a pretty bad recruiting L.

I think Saban starts it LOL. Somehow it works to his advantage....it happens every year as far as I remember. Having watched Alabama over the last what, 12 years or so, there does not seen to be much that is not orchestrated from the top...talk about an evil genius...

The one thing I will say is, there’s more of a chance that Bama will finish outside of the Top 10 in recruiting than you’re an actual Bama fan.

You know, except for the other 5 star WR from Foley that’s already committed.

They have #1 average rating per commit on On3 and 247.

What exactly is your question?

It's funny because all of the Alabama fans say this, but when I say Buchner will be in the Heisman race this fall, Alabama fans say I'm too positive.
