Yeah Bama shredded a top defense in Clemson last year between the 20s and couldn’t score with four downs. LSU is better than Georgia but Georgia will slow down that offense. LSU wins but it won’t be the blow out I think many LSU fans are thinking. If Kirby doesn’t cut Fromm loose and let him throw the ball around more they won’t score enough to beat LSU but I’m thinking this will be similar to the LSU Auburn game.

Not worried about him in the slightest. He's answered the call every time this season.

That cushion of the first three quarters isn´t going to work against LSU. They will methodically march down the field, with the odd breakaway.

Dude, we were freaking the frick out last night watching Kirby go conservative on defense in the 4th, just like he ALWAYS does when he has a lead. 3 quarters of suffocating D, including a total yardage of ~25 yards in the 3q, and Kirby decides to go to a soft zone. Just check out the game thread...folks were calling for Kirby's head for his dumbass decisions. We already saw Bama beat us twice in championship games by going conservative, you best believe we know it will happen again against LSU if Kirby doesn't learn his lesson before then.

You'll be going up against the #2 defense in the country. Not #9. Not #13. #2.

And it's been well established that ranking is based off beating offenses ranked 40th and lower.

UGA hasn't played an offense anywhere near what Burrow and LSU bring to table and we've played three defenses comparable to yours.

Your defense isn't elite, it's just played a bunch of nobodies. Big difference there.

It's entirely possible, UGA has the ponies to slow LSU down, but I just don't think it will be enough.

Kirby is going to have to bring more to the table than he has so far in conference play.

If UGA can keep LSU <21pts, I give them a near 100% chance to win; between 30 and 20 pts a toss-up, but if LSU is able to get more than 30, we win running away.

No, you haven't.

To put this in perspective, LSU is the #2 offense in the nation (behind tOSU). UGA is the #2 defense in the nation (also behind tOSU).

Florida is the 9th ranked D and Auburn is 13th in defense.

If we look at the 9th and 13th ranked offenses, which, according to you, are "comparable" in rankings, you think the LSU offense is "comparable" to 9th ranked offense Washington State and 13th ranked offense Navy.

See the difference between #2, #9, and #13? It's a pretty fricking wide gap, regardless of which side of the ball you're looking at.

I haven’t looked if a line was officially out but I would venture it will be around LSU -6.5

He lit up the Bama D at their house. A place where they’ve lost like 2 games in forever.

Unless Fromm has a Heisman moment, it’s tough to see you guys winning and that’s no attack against your team. We’ll see though (if we make it) Cheers

I think LSU will be like a 4-point favorite in Atlanta.

But I don't really know much about that stuff.

yall still don’t get it do yall? Burrow is a stone cold killer equipped with a machine gun. There will be no choking or cracking under pressure. You must simply beat him by bringing your +A game.

If LSU cannot beat a UGA team that had NINE three and outs and whose quarterback had 33% completion rate this week, it’s going to be viewed as an epic fail. Especially after the viewpoint of everyone seems to be that Burrow is simply unstoppable by any team and he’s the greatest QB in the land.
