Burrow to Burrow vs Georgia

Word. I was going to say when Burrow threw himself a first down against UGA in the SECC. I pretty much knew it was LSU's day when Fromm hit one of his stone handed receivers right in the rocks on a long pass play on the first possession and of course, he dropped it. When Burrow caught his own pass though, I just told my ole lady "welp, let's cook some chicken and get drunk and go play in the hot tub."

And we did.

And I'm glad.

I knew better than to watch the rest of that pounding.

That was the LSU season in a nutshell.

Well you said Bama... and most Bama fans were not confident at all in our defense. So I just think it was unlikely we were saying it. Teams that were showing good defense, like Auburn and UGA, I can imagine they were. Clemson too, because their defense looked great in the ACC (and admittedly did well against a good Ohio State offense in keeping them out of the end zone, but did give up a ton of yards to them).

Any Alabama fans saying shite about our defense stopping LSU's offense past week 2 was either trolling or drunk. Our only shot in that game was winning a shoot out, which the fumble on the opening drive quickly derailed the chances of.

when Burrow went over to the Vandy sideline and was talking trash to their whole team.

3rd down conversion vs Texas was huge.

I can't remember seeing a play that was so heart-ripping, yet not being mad. Joe didn't even have both feet on the ground when he released that ball. Just an incredible play

Definite tip of the cap moment after that game. I knew they'd be different

I would bet that LSU would give anything to be able to say what A1abana can say.

Oh, you have no idea how great it feels to put together a 15 piece in one season. NO. IDEA.

According to 247’s composite talent rankings for 2019, LSU beat 5 of the top 10 (or 5 of the other top 9), and 8 of the top 15 most talented teams, 10 in the top 25, and 11 of the top 26.
