The Bama-OSU game was the NC game. The winner was going to beat Oregon.

It was a lot of fun watching Johnny Manziel run all over Bryant Denny. I was there and can say gumps expected to win until maybe the last minute of the game.

Johnny Football got his Heisman and ALABAMA got its National Championship trophy. No harm, no foul.

OU put the worst arse whooping on a saban team I’ve seen. The scoop and score nearly gave him a stroke.

A 14 point win, only up 7 with 50 seconds left, when Alabama had 5 turnovers and gained more yardage than OU was the worst arse whooping you ever saw Saban take?

Wow, standards at OU have fallen mightily.

If we had have given Henry like 7 more touches in that game, we probably would've won. Same with the sugar bowl against OSU.

Well, there weren’t many to choose from after year 1 were there?

That was 2nd and 26. A walk off throw from 48 yards in a situation like that to win a NC is the one.

Nah, Ringo's pick six to seal the deal for our NC is the one.

Ya'll get a participation trophy for that game.

You're putting a lot of stock into a Sugar Bowl with no title implications. OU always goes all-out in games like that. Playoff or natties, not so much.

The loss to Ole Miss at Bama was pretty funny. You could hear a pin drop between the sobbing, fat, middle-aged gump tears.

Kick 6 was the most amazing moment, but the slow methodical dong Cam rammed up their arse in Tuscaloosa after they got up 24-0 was the most satisfying and long term impactful

True. But it was necessary for what happened next. We finished the season on a 12-game winning streak, had a player win the Heisman Trophy, and watched the team win the program's 11th national championship of the Poll Era.

And it made the coaches, team and fans realize that Cooper Bateman should not touch the football outside of holding for kicks and garbage time.
