We bought our house when we were 30 and were the youngest people in the neighborhood by like 10 years. Neighbors would ask me where my dad was when I’d be in the yard doing stuff.

I shite you not, most of my AP/honors classes were tenfold harder than anything I took at UT. Ravenwood kicks your arse academically, and there is a culture there where kids are very competitive with grades. Definitely was over prepared for college.

Yea the folks moved us to Brentwood in 2003 when most the area was still old Wilson/Ravenswood estate farmland. Highland and Oak Hall were only neighborhoods fully built then. I was just 8. Believe they paid high 300s for our home then...it's worth a shite load more now. Who knows how they play that card over the next years as they approach retirement...I sure as frick can't afford that price point personally at my age now.

Yea I was there within that timespan. Probably at least know of em, especially if they played sports (played two sports and hung with all the sports kids socially), although definitely didn't get to know all 2200+ students in that building at any given time...
