But they won all of their games.

How you gonna deny a group of about 100 people that went undefeated because 1 player is out?

Football is a team game.

The results on the field HAVE to matter.

Shld've been an old school blue blood that prints money for the machine. Now you know why these old dirty bastards behind the wheel never wanted a playoff system, it takes their finger off the scale.

Hillary or Biden will rot in prison before Texas or BAMA gets a single hair out of place.

Beat a terrible QB for Louisville by more than 10 points.

If they hadn't put the RB or receiver in at QB, they may not have scored the first TD.

Perhaps, until you look at the film and see the offensive pass interference that led to Bond’s catch. It is our fault, to a degree, that Bama got in. We should have outbid Alabama for the referees and maybe the facemask, targeting, and offensive pass interference would have been called.

Then why are we playing games?

Why have a season?

They should have joined the SEC instead of bitching out and going to a lesser conference they thought they could dominate.

That's the stated criteria. You don't have to like it, but it's why Bama was picked over FSU.

FSU freely agreed to these criteria. It bit them in the arse. Then again it would all be a moot point if the ACC didn't help stop the playoff expansion.

13-0 trumps that note of availability.

The record is what constitutes standings, in all sports since the beginning of time.

The record of results on a field have to matter…..because we are talking about sports. It’s why games exists.

This isn’t a beauty pageant.

Scheduled and beat two SEC teams for OOC games… who else is doing that?

Georgia Tech scheduled two SEC teams but lost to both.

Not according to the criteria all teams agreed to.

The results on the field did in fact matter. Hence the criteria. Champ was a wash, but Bama had the better SOS, and not by a little. It was a massive difference.

They had no effect. And undefeated power 5 team team is out.

Florida state could have lost every game and they are in the same boat they are in currently.

The results on the field, truly, meant nothing.
