For LSU it's got to be new o line coach Jeff Grimes. Coach stud was a depreciating asset and it was time for a change. Grimes has the experience and successful background to bring an immediate impact to our front line.

Kiffin, without a doubt.

For clarification to the down voter, biggest impact is not necessarily defined as positive. Kiffin's impact could be huge success or huge bust.

Terry Joseph. (Defensive Backs)

He's also the ONLY new coach on the roster.

Jeff Grimes is a joke. Great recruiter but crappy coach. Your line will suck.

The turnover on the defensive staff will help a lot.

Pruitt won't have a stellar elite defense this year, but we will be getting off the field more on 3rd downs I feel. Our PPG avg will go down a good bit I feel. Honestly anyone other than Grantham could have this defense at a decent middle of the road level.

Seems like he's had success pretty much everywhere he's been. I think he'll do just fine and will be a major upgrade over coach Stud.

No doubt. Hopefully positive, possibly negative, but definitely biggest impact.

Grimes is a good guy but average OL coach. Great recruiter though and hope he does well at LSU due to quality of person

For Auburn, we still have all our coaches
