The most shocking AU series would have to be that we lead Florida 43-39-2 and Tennessee 29-22-3.

Most shocking against us is Vandy, 22-22-1.

That would be because most of AU's games vs Vandy occurred in the first 30 years of last century, when Vandy was a national power.

AU could not play weak sister Vandy much from the 1960's-1980's because bama used them for an extra SEC game over everyone else. They won at least one SECC by having the extra game vs Vandy.

I would have thought it would be the 77-0 win over the Aggies in 2003.

3-0 vs Bama under Saban if they wouldn’t have hurt our QB

Looks like Auburn rode a 1-7 record vs Vandy after the time period you specified before resuming playing one another in the 70's.

QB keeper right into Marcell Dareus and Ewers jumping backwards into the air during a tackle just sounds like dumbass decision making by Texas quarterbacks.

Texas down years allowed Bama to portrait the number 1 Alpha but with starting QB the true Alpha goes 3-0 and as soon as we get back to our true selves Saban runs cuz he knows Daddy Texas is back

McCoy couldn't come close to scoring a TD on either of his drives in the red zone, and Texas defense couldn't stop the run.

Ewers was a turnover machine and probably throws 5 pick sixes if he stayed in that game.

Starting after WWII when the polls aligned

Texas- 4 NC

Alabama- 13 NC

Texas has never beaten an SEC team in a national title game

What’s really nuts is how few times 2 SEC charter members have played each other.

It was a really weird schedule before the first expansion.

LSU played Bama, the Mississippi schools, Florida, Kentucky, and usually Vandy.
Every once in a while, we'd play Auburn, Tennessee, or Georgia; but those were rarities.

I like these four series records for LSU...

18-14-1 over UGA

36-24-3 over Aggies

20-2-1 over Carolina

66-43-4 over Ole Missy

LSU vs Auburn 33-24-1

LSU vs Florida 34-34-3
*this is actually impressive, because Florida went on a 13-1 tear from 1988 to 2001.

It’s an unbelievable record when you realize how tough LSU has been

We are 15-11 since 2000 when their current surge started. Twelve of those games single digit wins between the teams with 7 going to LSU and 5 to UA.

Outside of a few games on both sides been a lot of fun ones to watch.
