I find it odd that you would bring up racism, when it's obvious to everyone that you're a racist. Your posts on the Political Board pretty much allude to that.

To hear one of these schools put down the other over academics, racial tensions and social status is about as humorous as two prostitutes arguing about morals.
Academics: US News & World Report gives one 32 and the other a 34. To give you some perspective GA Tech earned a 66, Vandy an 84 and my alma mater earned an 82. Needless, to say they have a long way to go would be an understatement. So let's just drop the "we are harder/better school than you" crap.
Racial Tensions: Anyone from Mississippi, or better yet from any deep Southern University, trying to say another school is racist because of what happened in the past is about ignorant. Society, as a whole, all across the South, were racist and NO ONE has room to throw the 1st stone on this topic!
Social Status: If you think that you are better than anyone else based on what school you went, what social club you belong to or what your profession is you are a superficial idiot who has no redeeming qualities.

I will submit that the 3rd paragraph is opinion but the second paragraph is historical fact. Could it be you suffer from the same "ostrich syndrome" that many Germans suffered from in the 1940's?

"Accounting School"? Holy shite, y'all are reaching. Ole Miss is so shitty, your marketing picks and chooses one or two majors where performance doesn't suck arse, and promotes those as proof that its not a shitty school. That'd be like me picking out our Supply Chain and Logistics program and touting it as something awesome. Its highly rated, btw. But so is the whole business college.
The Sam Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas blows anything and everything at the University of Mississippi out of the water.
Our endowment is over twice that of Ole Miss.
Hell, there's a little art museum up the road 20 miles with an endowment over twice that of Ole Miss.
By every measure, the University of Arkansas is a better school than the University of Mississippi. People generally dislike Ole Miss due to your consistent delusions of grandeur.
