so, that's partially true, but considering his play so far in the sec, what does that say about the SEC QB play?

I'm talking QB play. Not RBs that play QB...

If you haven't seen the transformation of this team after Miles' firing, then it's because...

Admittedly, I haven't seen a single LSU game outside of when they came to Auburn

The way LSU has been playing, albeit against lesser competition than Bama, has been a major improvement over the first 3 games. Those auburn and Wisconsin performances were some of the most pathetic offensive outings I can remember LSU playing. This team is better, there's palpable energy with the fan base. Looking forward to Saturday nights again.

I didn't read the replies on the first page but LSU is certainly less predictable on offense.

I've watched a few LSU games and I don't see this at all. The still seem pretty predictable.

Didn't someone post stats recently on here comparing last years QB to this years for the 3 games leading up to Bama. Last years QB had better stats.

So, you don't watch much football then. Got it.

Looking forward to the intensity of this game. Margin for error is small for LSU.

A lot of interesting things to watch in this game:
No Les

Cerebral LSU QB (relative to last few years)

Rested motivated Fournette (relative to last year)

Freshman Bama QB (must contain his mobility)

Aranda >>>> Steele (LSU defense is a lot better)

Eddie Jackson out (implications in run defense and pass defense)

Bama Bigs v. LSU Bigs (games are won and lost in the trenches - real wild-card here for us)

Turnovers - LSU can't give Bama defensive scores and short fields - How many turnovers to LSU can Bama survive?

Key to game: Assuming turnovers are a wash, which defense can make the opposing offense one-dimensional (i.e., which offense is most balanced will win).

All in all, this game should be exciting. Here's to an injury-free, well-played game.

Ask Georgia fans about Greyson Lambert. He was awesome for the 3 or 4 games that he didn't play anybody

OH SNAP! ZINGER!

So you're still a run 1st team, right? But now you occasionally throw it to a TE and y'all are a revamped Offense?

Hmm...methinks this to be a racist comment. Any ole miss fan around to give me a ruling?

Confidence. Players are being allowed to play and do what they do best. This is all post Miles.

If you watched the Auburn game, you saw how handcuffed the offense appeared to be.

Judging by your posts I wouldn't expect you to grasp the subtle changes that have been made. You've taken someone saying the offense is less predictable and turned it into "revamped".

Your comprehension skills aren't the sharpest.

Having doubts about your trenches when facing Alabama can't be a comforting feeling.

That and they changed coaches.

The new guy's managed to beat 3 teams who are a combined 2-10 against P5 foes, so clearly that's a step up from Les and a reason for great confidence.

They haven't revamped that offense, they tweaked it and branched out from the stubborn/predictable/mule-headed offense Les was so entrenched in for years.

I firmly believe Les was totally incapable and unwilling to listen to his staff on offensive play-calling. The very men running that O were at Les' disposal all this time and he refused to use them.
