I like this setup better.

East
TN, GA, FL, V, KY

West
AL, Aub, LSU, OM, MS

Pod A
TX, A&M, Ark

Pod B
OU, Miz, SC

East adds A/B to form an 8 team division
West adds B/A

Play division (7) + 1 Perm

Perm
East/West as listed
TX & OU
A&M & Miz/SC
Ark & SC/Miz

It isn’t perfect but it’s pretty good. Add a 9th game to make it even better.

Funny I seem to have missed the iron bowl in your little statement that
quote:

”Every important game preserved.”

You cucks just literally walked in the door. You don’t get to drop the top rivalry game in the conference.

You have to earn your seat skippy

Are you stupid or something? Alabama and Auburn would remain in the West, and would continue to play the Iron Bowl every year.

Well, it's complicated because the SEC already has its own "Big Six" teams and now UTex and OU are joining as well.

Though UTex and OU have historically played in weaker conferences that had no equivalent to a Big Six in it and were able to pad their win totals and championship accolades by beating up lots of weak conference opponents, let's assume that they truly do deserve "Blue Blood" status. In that case, the most fair thing to do with FOUR divisions is:

Division I: 2 northern Big Six teams and 2 northern Little Eight teams
Division II: 2 eastern Big Six teams and 2 eastern Little Eight teams
Division III: 2 southern Big Six teams and 2 southern Little Eight teams
Division IV: Oklahoma, Texas and 2 Little Eight teams

Balanced. Easy. Geographic. Simple.

With this configuration, LSU, Ole Miss, and Mississippi State are basically being kicked out of their own conference as the other 5 teams in their division are expansion teams.

No one needs 3 rivals anymore. Missouri doesn't even have 3 legit rivals. If you have to make them up, what's the point?
