In fact, I'll go a step further:
Between 2008-2010, the following A&M games were not televised in any way, shape, or form, not even on PPV:
2008 Arkansas State
2008 Kansas State
2009 New Mexico
2009 Utah State
2009 UAB
2009 at Texas Tech
2009 Iowa State
2009 Baylor
2010 Stephen F. Austin
2010 Louisiana Tech
2010 Florida International
2010 Texas Tech
The following games were televised REGIONALLY (as in, you couldn't watch them outside of Texas or Pay Per View/FCS/FSSW) from 2008-2011:
2008 at Oklahoma State
2008 at Iowa State
2008 at Baylor
2009 at Kansas State
2009 at Colorado
2010 at Baylor
2011 Idaho
2011 Kansas
That's 20 games over 4 seasons that most former students outside of Texas couldn't watch as opposed to being able to watch every single game from 2012-present for better or worse.

As of today post 100 year decision A&M looks awfully like pre 100 year decision A&M with their 4th place finishes and obsessing about rivals.
This probably made some kind of sense in your head....
Aggies SEC Advantages :
Better football
More quality TV exposure
More prestige
Much more money
Horns are now afraid to play them

About 35 Million a year?
I love to make fun of Aggies but I live here and they are a perfect description of an SEC town and venue. Tons of passion/tradition(albeit weird to outsiders), a state of the art massive stadium, and the town to house the big game.
They will never regret the decision to move. They now get to travel to the best venues, be marketed on the biggest platform, and get paid handsomely to represent and be apart of this conference.

Plus they now overshadow UT and the big12 is a shell of its former self without aTm.
Hell, even Baylor and Houston overshadow UT for the time being.

Truer words have never been spoken.
Let's see the evidence just in the past calendar year.
Basketball - Got blown out by A&M in Nassau and intentionally lost to Northern Iowa so they wouldn't have to face A&M again in the round of 32.
Baseball - Intentionally failed to make the NCAA tournament so they wouldn't be forced to travel to the College Station regional as a 3 or 4 seed.
Football - Intentionally lost to Kansas and TCU in the final two weeks of the season so they wouldn't have to face A&M in the Texas Bowl.

We got a huge upgrade in teams coming to Kyle as well as the venue's we visit.
Next year we visit The Swamp, Rose Bowl, Death Valley, and The Grove. Play Arky at Jerryworld.
We have Bama, Auburn, MSU, and USCe visiting

the SEC looks like a huge winner because they get Texas recurits
Why do you make it seem like recruits can't cross state lines unless there's a conference affiliation?
LSU has been getting Texas recruits for 100 years.

Auburn is at Kyle next year. We have 7 home games and the Arkansas neutral site game plus the other 4 away you mentioned.

Texas could win one game the next decade and still be the power of Texas
It is not just about football

Good grief this is the dumbest fricking post in the history of bad posts. You even beat out texashorn.

They started the playoff ranking 4th. Over undefeated teams because of the reputation of who they play.
They will cash a giant check.
I think the benefits are pretty evident.

What has the SEC brought to Bryan/College Station
SEC pays out $9.4M more per school than Big 12 - AKA "you're welcome, A&M"

The Big 12 is a ****ing mess, but it has nothing to do with A&M leaving.
Nebraska leaving hurt because of their history of winning titles & brand for national TV. Mizzou & Colorado cost the Big 12 valuable TV markets.
A&M hasn't won anything that matters in the modern era of football, and the conference didn't lose any TV markets when they left.

Please remind us because we're struggling to find information about it - what bowl is UTw playing in? I'd love to watch that game.
