Yeah, that makes a lot of fricking sense. TEXAS is more home than the capitol of the state. Ok...

Says the guy that has never been to a game in either... I have and suffice it to say the Little Rock crowd is more suited for bingo on a Saturday night than they are for college football. Anyone who has been to an Arkansas game at both will agree with this.

I have been to bluehairnam and WMS for games with friends who are hog fans, haven't been to Jerry World, but to say that is more home than the stadium that built your program is about stupid.

I graduated from there in the '90s. This is NOTHING. To answer your question, regardless of the record, Bret stays on into next year. If things get bad, I could see him and Long working out a deal that would allow him to take another job at a reduced buyout

I appreciate the shite talk, but I have real world problems that take precedence

Carry on all

It is as far as crowd and atmosphere goes. That's why playing a team like Toledo is dangerous. They are capable of pulling out wins like they just did and thus far our 2 worst losses in the past decade have come in that stadium.

And you can't say that you don't agree with the logic that refs are less likely to throw the laundry when the crowd is fired up or that the opposing team gets more jittery. It's no excuse for losing the game but in those situations where we could have used all the help we could get, it doesn't help. Teams are allowed to have bad games and F it at this point. But hopefully this was the last straw for the university to play games in that stadium. I doubt it but there's always hope.

Arky is fine. They had one inexplicably bad game. I predict they are going to play tough for the rest of the season.

that could also happen. people forget the michigan team that lost to app state ended up winning 9 games and beating Heisman Trophy winner Tim Tebow in a NYD bowl game

As much as I'm enjoying the laugh and making fun of arky, I still think Bret is a good coach and will turn it around. Would it break my heart if I was wrong? Hell no.

you tell us what we should do, you kept Pinkel after a 5 win season in year 4. hell he only won 7 in his 5th.

I'd say we would lobby to trade places with Mizzou, east for west,so we can win a division title after losing to a lesser team, remember Indiana?

Then walk around thinking we're somebody we're not because a division is given to us twice.Oh wait,we've won three division titles while the west was down,or Bama was on probation so we've already walked in those shoes.

So we'll just keep supporting our program til the west sucks again and we can win another division and be like Mizzou......woohoo!

Y'all had a chance to stop us last year and gagged it away, per usual for Bert.

It was all there for you, but Pinkel punched you in the face and took your lunch money.

I appreciate it though. Made for a memorable night.

WDWWD. It was for winning the East, not beating Arkansas.

Btw, I love the guy wearing the Blues hat.

The only thing better would have been if he was wearing a Blues jersey.
