Everything is skewed by Covid, awards to team records were affected by the honesty of each program sitting those in contact with the virus. I hope the NCAA puts out numbers of how many players in each program lost time do to testing positive or contract tracing. They will not because it will reflect the inequity of the season.

Well we had a championship in 58, but with only 10 fingers, 10 toes, and 7 teeth, I know it's hard for you to count.
That being said, we pretty much just enjoyed drinking, partying, and football.
It admittedly wasn't until Saban got there that we realized we should be competing regularly (and any honest LSU fan should tell you that).
But the point remains: we may still bring up 2019, but before 2008 Bama fans never STFU about the golden days of Bear Bryant (and any honest Bama fan should tell you that).
