Is that how winners are determined? Do first half points count more?

It’s how the state of the team is determined in games against lesser opponents. And Bama looked terrible.

Let's be honest with ourselves here bud. Anyone who watched the game knows what the score was until the last few minutes. Not pretty.

We did better than I thought taking OSU to double OT. It did sting some how we lost, but alas, as the other poster mentioned.... we are used to it.

If you happen to look at the week 2 pick em, in which I stand alone at #1 for the week, you will see that I picked OSU over us.

It was a must win given how murderous our schedule will be.

It's definitely Auburn..you hang 73 right out of the gate, offense is clicking. Then you shite the bed at home against Cal in an absolute horrible offensive performance. That's one end of the spectrum to the other. Now Auburn fans have to question everything. Yeah it's definitely Auburn.

As a football fan, I was pretty crestfallen to see us shite the bed against Cal. I felt like we would struggle in some games this year because we are so young but I thought maybe win 7 or 8, but I don’t anymore. We just got to hope that this is an anomaly, but I feel like it’s not. We need something drastic to happen at QB or I think we win 3 maybe 4 games.

We looked like shite against Tennessee in the first half last year. I agree with your sentiment. We shouldn’t struggle against lesser teams in the first half. It is a disturbing trend. But Alabama got their heads focused in the second half of both games and had resounding victories on the scoreboard. While style points count, the scoreboard counts more.

I was told by people I work with that y'all would win the Big 12 every year if only you would change conferences.

I have to say Oklahoma fans have fallen quite rapidly.

I thought this could be a special year.
Not title special but very good. Now I am wondering how in the world we will get to six wins.

There is enough talent that the offense could get it figured out (and healthy) but that is appearing more and more like a longshot.

I'd say Arkansas. It seems like every year they get a whiff and go nuts. They were non ironically posting about the playoff and even the NC in the game thread.

4th quarters don’t count. Arkansas actually beat Oklahoma State because they were up after 3 quarters.

Alabama fans seem quite subdued this week, and the Florida trolls that usually follow UT fans around seem suspiciously absent.
