the d wasn't there all year. it showed up in a few games to win. its still a good comparison bt him and billick.

the part of the team he is suppose to be the best at was the weak link. now if that changes and auburns d improves and he keeps auburn winning 10 games sure he is a good coach. For now he wrote a nice check to gus and cam so he makes some what smart decisions

1. Have a winning record against La. Monroe

2. Have a winning record against Utah.

3. Have a winning record against La. Monroe.

What is saban's record against Louisiana monroe and uab?

Why the 10 win mark? why not 9 or 11?

Bammer is a cheating program that is on probation right now.

When Auburn hired Chizik, I thought y'all were making a big mistake. When Malzahn was hired, my first reaction was, "oh shite!" I knew at that point what would happen. I just didn't think it would occur this soon.

Now, if/when Malzahn is removed from this equation, I would still view it as I did before he was hired, So, if Chizik continues to have success if/when Malzahn's gone, I will give Coach Chizik credit.

Chizik is 0-1 against Kent State, Toledo, and Northern Iowa.

That's a hit below the belt.

Don't make me go back to Saban's days at Toledo now.

You mean the days when he took a 6-5 Toledo team and turned them into a conference champion?

Could you imagine Vandy winning a NC and then seeking Tennessee fans' approval, like Aubie does with Bama fans?

I just thought it was an interesting stat...do you not find it interesting that Saban can't seem to get a winning record against AUBURN? I find that INCREDIBLY interesting....

Or the days when Chizik took a 5-7 team and turned them into National Champions.

Winning with eligible players would be a logical first step.

Not the very next year or with the same athletes. He needed one of the greatest college football players ever to come wandering along.

You're easily amused then. Do you find it very interesting when you're able to fit the round block into the round hole and the triangle block, into the triangle hole? I bet it really blows your mind when you can fit the triangle block into the square hole.

Have more that one good year.

One good year, no matter how great it is, doesn't make one a great coach.

Would anyone call Larry Coker a great coach?
