putting the guy that just shot 3 Auburn (ex)football players, who would they choose?

2 former players were killed and 1 current player was shot. The third person killed was not an Auburn player (current or former) and wasn't a student to my knowledge.

Reports are that a gag order has been issued for everyone involved in the case except for the attorneys. Does that include subpoenaed witnesses? If so, does that include Finebaum?

Interesting point, i would think someone from the station is on the jury list to validate the tapes and enter them into evidence. I doubt they want or need Fbaum.

Only in our highest hopes and wildest dreams will Fbaum be gagged.

This jury selection is getting ridiculous:

I'm sure Alabama state penitentiaries don't have room for the likes of Harvey Updike. There are real criminals out there that are violent that need that jail cell more than Harvey.

If Auburn fans had to choose between putting Harvey in a cell or putting the guy that just shot 3 Auburn (ex)football players, who would they choose?

Good lord you're a moron. A crime is a crime and all should be punished once convicted.

Girl in your avatar pic

But back to the topic, i say he should serve a five year sentence in a beneath the ground jail cell out in the woods..with tree roots serving as cell bars..he can only look out into the forest at all the beautiful TREES surrounding him. Oh and all he can eat are acorns and pond water, MAYBE an occasional sammich

Let Auburn's oldest living fan, 117-year-old
Native American Elmer "War Eagle" Toomersville, teabag him, and get Gold Bond all over him.

Then, have Bobby Lowder offer to wipe it off....
