Like A&M is guaranteed to lose to LSU?

The sky's the limit for the new LSU QB's these days now on the fighting tiger's practices field. And when and if the new LSU offensive coordinator is able to coach a talented passer the other very talented starting players on the LSU Football team will blossom. And these same Bayou Bengals will go on the proud looking for other college football teams in LSU 2017 college football team schedule to eat.

Like the high and mighty Alabama Crimson Tide that has everyone number for the past 10 years.

Hopefully 11-1 or 10-2 but with the schedule safe bet is 9-3...

I don't (totally) get why the man is being laughed at. He went 6-2, and all 6 victories were routs. The loss to Florida was a fluke in my opinion. If Guice gets the signal clearly of where the blocking scheme was going to be, he walks in.
He went toe-to-toe with Saban into the 4th quarter. His only mistake was letting Ensminger be too conservative in that game (as opposed to all the others when a very un-Miles-like offense scored over 40 points per game and averaged over 500 yards, primarily WITHOUT the best player on the team!

How, exactly does one 'LAUGH' at that??? I'd love to hear it.


As far as this year, I'd say we potentially can be an elite bowl-type team. But there are too many variables- injuries, weather, bad breaks, timing, etc. Let's just say I'm hoping for a 10 win season...

You're a good poster. But every time you say stupid shite like this, it makes you appear as dumb as the LSU posters that talk shite about bama. Only difference is, we occasionally keep it close with Bama, while TAMU gives up record setting performances against LSU, including Orgeron

Realistically, I see us as 9-3 or 8-4 win season team. Our OL is still a question mark for me, especially during pass protection, and the loss of key contributors on the secondary concerns me a bit. We'll always have solid DB's and have talented youngers waiting on the side, but this will be a learning curve year for some. I can see a loss to Bama and either Auburn or Florida (worst case scenario, both games) along with a trap game against Tennessee late in the year. Teams we traditionally should beat, we have struggled with and I have Tenn circled as a potential spoiler. Even though they lost some huge players, we just don't know what to expect from them.

Exceeding expectations would be going between 10-2, 11-1, or 12-0 in the regular season. QB play will decide if we'll have the projected "realistic" season or the "exceeding expectations" season.

I, like most LSU fans, expect great things from the team each year. But last year, even under O, we had weird things happen that pulled defeat out of the jaws of victory. It's been a while since I felt like our team was disciplined enoweird ugh and in good enough fourth quarter condition to expect a win. Until this team shows me that I should have confidence in them to fully execute on each play, we'll lose a couple of close games. So I'm saying 9-3, but don't see why we can't easily have 10 wins and then go to a nice bowl...
