I’m not sure how congratulating your team on its series win would warrant that kind of response. I’d hope most UGA fans would accept it with a little more class, but if not, that’s pretty disappointing.

Well, it is. Just like Alabama in football. When you are the best, you always will become a target.

That said, Georgia fans are a bit salty about LSU fans downplaying our team, and some of the arrogance some of them have displayed:

We never said any school claimed this, as an LSU fan it is my duty to explain what a top tier baseball program should expect each and every year. We are the standard every other SEC school strives for in baseball.

So, only an LSU fan can show how we should be thinking?

If you think your program had a good year without making Omaha, thats fine. Its mid tier thinking. You're used to being mid tier. And thats OK. Some programs have to be.

This is true we are not very good but I will tell you you will not win shite that isnt at your high-school stadium. our record was 9-3 in away games.

I don't particularly like threads rubbing it in on other programs for any sport....but in all honesty? LSU fans have earned this one.

No offense to you and the several other good LSU fans (TigerLunatic for one). I get it. The few really bad fans are not representative of the good fans, but that bad LSU fans are really, really bad with their arrogance. Almost Tennessee level bad. Almost.
