There’s literally nothing anyone on this board can say to bum me out this morning. Heartbreaking loss, sure, but damn, it’s a new day.

Props to Lane for elevating the Ole Miss program, and props to Keith Carter and Pete for stabilizing it when it could have fallen apart. We’ve got real leadership returning next year, and the jimmies and joes across the board will be much improved next year.

Now we can focus on hitting the portal as hard as possible.

What a great day to be an Ole Miss Rebel! The future is bright!

Always good to put a positive spin on a bad situation.

It was a bad situation a month and a half ago. It has stabilized since then.

You’re stuck with a shitty defensive coordinator as your head coach while that offensive staff that carried that team is gone. You’ll be wanting Golding fired next season.

Congratulations to the best Ole Miss team of my lifetime. Built by Lane Kiffin and well-coached by Pete Golding, this team exceeded all expectations and represented well

You’re going to “love” next year then with this attitude!

These next several years are going to be so much fun to watch. As soon as Kiffins players are gone OM will be right back where they started. Meanwhile you are gonna be watching Lane killing it at LSU . I’m glad to see you are still in stage 1 of grieving. That means your pain will be even worse once it all happens.

Unlike most of the d*cks on this board, I want to say congratulations on a great season. Would have been easy to fold up shop after Lane left, but the team fought hard and they were run to watch the last few games.

Is it though?

Golding did Golding things on Defense and you all married him.

You are aware that winning 2 games with an already established team who played a whole season together and "stabilizing" a program are far different things, right?

I'm not saying Ole Miss isn't capable, but you are truly deluded if you think winning 2 games stabilizes anything going forward.
