hes talking about next year's class ..they wont sign until December I beleive. in other words it means absolutely nothing.
I think they keep the receiver though because were likely to flip the top wr in the country and didnt make the guy a priority. not sure about the other guys hes talking about.
also not sure why hes saying portal Pete when they didnt come out of the portal.
