Strange. Knoxville is never listed as one of the top places in the US to live. Northwest Arkansas is always on the list as one of the top areas in the US to live. Honestly, how far do the Vols move up? They were not ranked but their resume is as impressive as anybody.

Must be why 40 people per day are moving to Fayetteville/Springdale/Rogers/Bentonville making it one of the fastest growing MSAs in the country.
Even in interviews with Arkansas media since leaving for Tennessee Vitello has talked about how similar the areas are.
